Nadine Bernard

Nadine has been working in education for 16 years and gained her first headship in 2015, potentially as one of the youngest black Headteachers in London. This achievement reflects her passion to challenge stereotypes and redefine norms. Nadine most recently founded Aspiring Heads, an online leadership development programme aimed at redressing the racial disparities in senior positions. She is also known for taking radical steps to address Exclusions in schools and actively promotes a culture of Inclusion for all. Nadine is currently Headteacher of Van Gogh Primary School in South West London, part of Dunraven Educational Trust.
